Here is the schedule for the Italians in the first round of the Slam that opens the season. Time to be confirmed for Jannik and Lorenzo, Jasmine and Flavio debut at 1 a.m. tonight

It’s now official: Jannik Sinner and Lorenzo Musetti, ranked number 2 and number 5 in the world respectively, will make their debut on Tuesday at the Australian Open. The time has not yet been announced and will probably be made official tomorrow, the start of the tournament where the Italian will defend his title. Tomorrow, Jasmine Paolini will face Sasnovich and Flavio Cobolli will face Britain’s Fery, opening the program at Rod Laver Arena and John Cain Arena respectively at 11 a.m. local time, 1 a.m. tonight in Italy.

BERRETTINI—  Monday will be Matteo Berrettini’s day, against home favorite Alex De Minaur no earlier than 1:30 p.m. local time at Laver Arena. Matteo Arnaldi will play at Kia Arena as the second match starting at 11:30 a.m. local time, around 3 a.m. Italian time, while Mattia Bellucci, who will face Casper Ruud, will close the Court Arena program on Monday morning Italian time. The only Italian to come through qualifying, Francesco Maestrelli, has been scheduled for Court 14, the third match starting at 11 a.m. in Melbourne, which is around 6 a.m. in Italy.
