Brentford want to win again against Spurs

Derby alert in the Premier League! Among other things, fans can look forward to the Liverpool city duel between the Reds and Toffees. In addition, there are two London derbies with Chelsea against West Ham and Tottenham take on Brentford for the first time in 22 years.

The south coast derby between Brighton and Southampton is also exciting. With Arsenal against Manchester United, a direct duel for the places in the next edition of the Champions League will take place.

The home side are currently fifth and the Red Devils are three points behind, although they have already played one game more.

Arsenal vs Manchester United – 23 April, 13:30

The Gunners conceded a narrow 2:3 defeat at the record champions in the first leg. From an objective point of view, it was also undeserved, as the Londoners at least performed as equals.

For Arsenal, this ended a run of six unbeaten league games against the Red Devils (3-3-0). The visitors suffered a 4-0 defeat at Liverpool last Tuesday and are currently without Cristiano Ronaldo.

CR7 suffered a blow a few days ago when one of his partner’s babies died during the birth of twins, which is why the Portuguese is currently with his family.

For the clash on St George’s Day in London in the Premier League on matchday 34, predictions of a home win are worth a recommendation.

This is also supported by the home side’s improving form, who recently beat Chelsea away from home and can rely on their home strength. Only the two top teams Manchester City and Liverpool are ranked ahead of Arsenal in the home rankings.

Leicester v Aston Villa – 23 April, 16:00

For the past four games, this encounter has alternated winners. Should the streak continue, it would now be the Foxes’ turn again after a 1-2 first leg draw. The visitors should also watch out for Harvey Barnes.

The midfielder has scored four goals and set up another in the last four meetings! Against no other team in the division does the 24-year-old have a better record.

For the clash at Leicester in the Premier League on matchday 34, the odds can therefore be placed on another goal by Harvey Barnes for the home side.

The prediction is underpinned by his goal against Everton last matchday and the absence of top striker Jamie Vardy, which means that the hosts’ other attacking players are currently in greater demand anyway.

Manchester City v Watford – 23 April, 16:00

The champions have won all of their past 14 duels with the Hornets! Watford’s last visit to Manchester in September 2019 was a bitter one, with the visitors being thrashed 8-0.

On top of that, City coach Pep Guardiola has a record of ten wins in as many meetings with the Hornets! His team also boasts an impressive goal difference of 42:4.

The visitors should keep a close eye on Raheem Sterling: The striker has already scored eleven goals against them. For the clash in Manchester in the Premier League on matchday 34, predictions of a home win with at least a three-goal difference are worth a recommendation.

The hosts are in desperate need of a win in the title race with Liverpool and, as described, their upcoming opponents suit them better than almost any other team in the division.

Norwich vs. Newcastle – 23 April, 16:00

The “Canaries” picked up a 1-1 draw at the Magpies in the first leg. This kept them unbeaten in this pairing for the fourth time in a row. However, three of those games ended in draws.

Norwich’s home record against Newcastle is also very good: City have not lost to United on home soil since 1994. Instead, five wins and three draws have been recorded at Carrow Road since then.

For the match in Norwich in the Premier League within the 34th matchday, tips on an away win (DNB) nevertheless seem promising. The visitors have stabilised considerably in recent weeks and travel to the bottom of the table with three wins in a row.

Brentford v Tottenham – 23 April, 18:30

The last London derby between the Bees and Tottenham ended in a 2-0 home win for the Lilywhites. It was Tottenham’s third straight win over the promoted side in the competition. Most recently, however, the visitors suffered a bitter home defeat in league action against Brighton.

This ended a run of four consecutive victories and Conte’s side should not afford any further slip-ups as the battle for fourth place and direct participation in the next top flight remains very tight.

The newcomers, on the other hand, recently recorded a win at Watford and have clearly improved recently: Coach Thomas Frank’s team has won four of the last five games!

For the match at the Brentford Community Stadium in the Premier League on matchday 34, predictions of a goal celebration on both sides are worth a recommendation.

The home side’s attack has been very reliable of late, scoring eleven goals in the past five rounds of matches.

On the other hand, the quality of the visitors’ attack is generally high: Son Heung-Min is the current top scorer in the league.

Harry Kane, for his part, also occupies a very respectable sixth place in this ranking and likes to score in London derbies anyway (39 goals).

Brighton v Southampton – 24 April, 15:00

The last four derbies between the Seagulls and Saints on the south coast have seen a goal on either side. Moreover, the record is even in the context of this flashback. The two teams have recorded one win and one defeat each, as well as two draws.

For the match at the Amex Stadium in the Premier League on matchday 34, predictions of a draw seem fruitful. A real favourite cannot be identified in the match between two teams with similar playing strengths.

Moreover, both clubs have a penchant for this match outcome this season. Albion have already recorded 13 draws. Together with Burnley and Crystal Palace, this represents the highest number league-wide. The visitors, however, are hardly inferior to this flood of point-splits with a dozen.

Burnley v Wolverhampton – 24 April, 15:00

The Wanderers have been waiting for their next goal for two duels against the Clarets. Both teams will also be extremely motivated.

The home side, in third last place, are desperate to pick up points in the relegation battle and the visitors, in eighth, are again in the race for the international places. Recently, however, Wolverhampton’s previous away strength has noticeably diminished.

Three of the six away defeats this season have come in the last four away games. On top of that, the only win in this review came at Everton.

For the match at Turf Moor in the Premier League on matchday 34, the tip is aiming for a draw.

Chelsea v West Ham – 24 April, 15:00

In the last London derby between the Blues and West Ham, the Hammers prevailed 3-2.

It was a strong win as the Tuchel troops had twice taken the lead, but West Ham never gave up at any point and rewarded themselves for this great fighting performance with a late winner through Arthur Masuaku.

The Congolese only came on through a substitution due to injury in the first half of the game and has not scored since. The visitors will also be a little fresher going into the game now.

Unlike Chelsea, who already faced Arsenal this week, they had a game off. Furthermore, the home side was weak in the match against the Gunners and conceded a 2:4 home defeat.

After a 1:4 defeat against Brentford, it was the second home defeat in a row in league play and the results show above all weaknesses in the Blues’ defence.

In the upcoming clash at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League on matchday 34, however, the forecast includes a goal by Timo Werner on the side of the home side. The former RB Leipzig player is very accurate at the moment.

He has scored in three of his last four appearances in the competition and his strike partner Romelu Lukaku has not yet returned to his old level of performance after recovering from injury.

Moreover, the Belgian has been in poor form before, with his last league goal coming at the end of December 2021, which means that the German striker is now the most important player to watch out for.

Liverpool v Everton – 24 April, 17:30

LFC have lost only one of their last 25 derbies against the Toffees across the competition! However, Liverpool have only won half of their other 24 meetings, with a dozen ending in draws.

The only defeat for Klopp’s team came in the last home game just over a year ago. The defeat came at a time when Liverpool were going through a bad patch, as it was their fourth home defeat in a row.

Everton, on the other hand, managed their first win at Anfield Road since 1999, but there is currently a lot to be said for success for the Reds.

Most recently, they beat Manchester United 4-0, as described above, and in the tight championship race with the Citizens, the home side cannot afford to take a breather.

Everton, on the other hand, are in poor form: Fourth from bottom, Lampard’s side are in the thick of the relegation battle.

For the Merseyside derby in the Premier League on matchday 34, predictions of a home win, including an interval lead, are a good idea. A fixture that has featured in 11 of Liverpool’s 16 home wins this season!

Crystal Palace v Leeds United – 25 April, 21:00

Leeds have always won their last two encounters with Crystal Palace. However, the home side can take heart from the fact that they have a home game against United coming up.

They have not lost any of their last five home games against United (3-2-0). On the other hand, the form of coach Jesse Marsch’s team is better at the moment.

Leeds have won three of their last four league games and have a physical advantage as the Glaziers have already faced Newcastle this week. That saw them concede a 1-0 defeat and it was their second defeat in a row after a 2-1 loss at Leicester.

For the clash at Selhurst Park in the Premier League on matchday 34, betting tips on an away win (DNB) are offered in light of the above points.
