Who did well, badly or provided good ideas for the next few days during this Serie A weekend? We tried to imagine voting on the day just ended based on the lights of a traffic light: green means you pass with flying colors, red means you’re sent back to next time, yellow means you pass with reservations, waiting to see if the impressions of the weekend are confirmed.

Green traffic light: Roma are on the up

Seventh consecutive victory (five of these, including the last three, 1-0) and after the success against Lecce, Claudio Ranieri’s team are in sixth place, in the running for fourth.

It seemed like an impossible scenario for Roma when the experienced coach from Rome took over from Ivan Juric, as well as the possibility of finishing above their rivals Lazio.

Now the Giallorossi can dream of a prestigious finish and to do so they will have to get a result against a direct competitor, at home against Juventus.

Yellow traffic light: Como slows down

With salvation now almost impossible, Como is managing the situation with a watchful eye on the other teams.

The +7 on the third-last team is reassuring, but the team still needs to get a few more points before feeling completely safe and being able to toast their salvation.

But in their last few matches the Lariani are struggling: two away defeats, albeit narrow ones against Roma and Milan, and two 1-1 home draws against opponents that on paper were more easily beatable, Venezia and Empoli, certainly won’t have satisfied Fabregas & Co.

Red light: Dea out of the game?

After the sparkling 0-4 inflicted on the Stadium it seemed that the Bergamo team was capable of having its say in the Scudetto in the final three-team sprint.

But the streak didn’t last, and against Inter and Fiorentina the Nerazzurri from Bergamo obtained zero points out of the six available (without even scoring a goal), slipping to -9 from the top.

The dream that they’ve been cherishing for months may be about to vanish, given the gap that has accumulated between them and the leaders, which at this point in the season seems unbridgeable, even if for Gasperini’s boys all is not yet lost.
