England vs. Scotland Tip & Quotas, 18.06.2021 – 21:00
The British duel between England and Scotland will take place on Friday evening, June 18, 2021 at 9 p.m., at London’s Wembley Stadium on the second day of the European Championship in Group D. The Three Lions celebrated a successful start to the EURO and narrowly beat Croatia. The Bravehearts played a good ball against the Czech Republic, but still had to give up after the end of the game and are already in the last place. The Czechs lead Group D ahead of England and Croatia.

The unique world champion started against Croatia like the fire brigade and made a lot of steam, especially over the wings with sterling and foden. In the sixth minute Foden hit the post and missed the early lead. The Three Lions continued to accelerate properly and had another opportunity through Phillip (9th). After a quarter of an hour it became much quieter on the lawn. The Englishmen were no longer able to do anything and the vice world champion did nothing offensively. That’s how it went into half-time without goal. In the second 45 minutes it remained calm until Phillip prevailed well against two Croatian defenders and used Sterling. The Manchester City star then scored 1-0 (57th). With the lead in the back and the fans at Wembley Stadium, the island kickers got better again and missed the preliminary decision after shooting opportunities of Kane (61st), Mount (67th) and Sterling (74th). In the final phase it was quiet again in both penalty areas and so it remained 1-0 for England against weak Croats.
The Southgate team celebrated their sixth victory in this year’s sixth international game with a 1-0 victory over Croatia. It was the seventh victory in a row overall. The two preliminary matches for the European Championships were won by the Thre Lions against Austria and Romania in Wembley at the beginning of June. The qualifying games for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar against San Marino, Albania and Poland were also victorious.
Aaron Ramsdale (Sheffield United) joins the English national squad for the injured substitute keeper Dean Henderson (Manchester United), as announced by the FA Association. Otherwise, Coach Southgate can rely on his entire staff in the British duel.

Steve Clarke’s national team presented themselves well against the Czech Republic and worked out numerous good opportunities for leadership. However, the hits fell on the opposite side and then also at the psychologically best times. Shortly before the break tea Leverkusens scored 1:0 per head (42nd) and followed in the second round with a dream goal of 45 meters – 2:0 (52nd). Of the 19:10 shots scored, more tackles won (54%) and more possession of the ball (58%), the Bravehearts could not buy anything because Dykes (18th, 66th), Robertson (32nd), Hendry with a batten shot (48th), Armstrong (61st) and McTominay (77th) missed their chances. In the end there was a 0-2 bankruptcy at the start of the European Championships against the Czech Republic.
The Clarke-Elf hopefully went the EURO 2021, as the Scots were able to successfully arrange both friendship matches in the Netherlands (2:2) and Luxembourg (1:0) before the final round. The Bravehearts also remained unbeaten in the three World Cup qualifying matches against Austria, Israel and the Faroe Islands. Now, however, there was the first bankruptcy in 2021, especially at the European Championships.
Midfielder John Fleck (Sheffield United) should be out of quarantine after the corona infection on June 1 and should be an option for the match against the English again if the test is negative.

England is a clear favourite against Scotland in the Battle of Britain for the second victory in the second European Championships. The Three Lions celebrated a 1-0 victory over Croatia and entered the tournament neatly. In the meantime, however, there was also a long time of air going up. The Bravehearts played well against the Czech Republic in the first European Championship game after 1996, but were left empty-handed after the final whistle due to weak chances. We’re guessing the Southgate elf will win the British duel. The English are at least one class better than the British rival and shouldn’t have any big problems in Wembley. Accordingly, we favor for the EM 2021 Tip Forecast also the 3-way betting on England wins, where on average betting odds in the range around 1.30 wave.
