The disciplinary committee’s decisions. Several clubs fined: full details
Matchday 9 of Serie A ended with a draw between Pisa and Lazio. For Matchday 10 of Serie A, scheduled from Saturday, November 1 at 3 p.m. with Udinese vs. Atalanta through to Monday night’s late game between Lazio and Cagliari, there will be two suspended players. Here’s who won’t be available for the Sports Prediction Fantasy League in the next round.
The two players who will not be available for their teams are Mattia Viti (Fiorentina), sent off for accumulating yellow cards against Inter, and Adam Obert (Cagliari), who received a yellow card against Sassuolo while already on a warning. Back in action, however, is Bologna’s Emil Holm.
SUSPENDED MANAGERS— None of the 20 Serie A managers will be suspended, and all will take their places on the bench as usual.
Fines for clubs— Five clubs have been fined by the Disciplinary Committee. Genoa received a fine of €10,000 due to smoke bombs thrown onto the field by its supporters in the 40th minute of the second half. Lecce was fined €7,000 after its fans threw two firecrackers and five smoke bombs onto the field. Napoli will also have to pay the same amount for the throwing of three smoke bombs (one onto the field and two into the playing area) and a half-full water bottle into the visitors’ section by its supporters. Bologna was fined €2,000 due to supporters throwing numerous plastic cups into the playing area. Finally, Roma received a €1,500 fine because their supporters threw a smoke bomb onto the field.
