Frosinone is winter champion. Empoli secured a playoff spot with a win at Cesena: Dionisi’s team won 1-0 at the Manuzzi thanks to a goal from Ilie in the 47th minute of the second half after a fine run by Ghion. The Tuscan side move up to eighth place, while Cesena suffer their second consecutive defeat. A small wake-up call for Mignani. The last two matches of the 19th round will be played on Sunday: Mantova-Palermo and Padova-Modena.
