Young Boys Bern v AI Klaksvik Tipp & Quote, Aug 26, 2020 – 08:15 PM – Champions League Qualification
On Wednesday evening, August 26, 2020 at 8: 15 pm, the Young Boys will welcome Bern to the 2nd round of the Champions League qualification at the Wankdorf Stadium in Bern Klaksvik. The Swiss champion finished the season three weeks ago and scored 76 points from 36 seasonal matches. The lead on chaser St. Gallen was a whopping eight. Unlike the Swiss, the club had to face Slovan Bratislava in the first round of CL qualifying from the Faroe Islands, but the game was cancelled and Klaksvik was one round ahead. In the home company deildin Liga, the reigning champion is in second place (41 points) and five points behind table leader and cup winner HB Torshavn after 17 game days.

The team of Gerardo Seoane became the leader of the Swiss Super League four days before the end of the season and did not let themselves be pushed off the throne. YB won the last game at home against St. Gallen 3-1. The goals for the champion scored Nsame in a double pack to 2-0 (14th, 22nd) and Moumi Ngamaleu in the final phase to 3-1 final (86th). Guillemenot scored a goal for the visitors shortly before the break (39th).
The Seoane eleven have won the last six games in a row in the domestic league (the last five without conceding) and eight out of the last nine games. The Swiss champion remained undefeated in the season against a domestic backdrop (16 wins, two draws). No other club was more dangerous at home (51 hits) and was safer at the back (15 goals conceded). The last 14 home games were all won. Jean-Pierre Nsame became the goalscorer in Switzerland with 32 stalls. Seven times each Christian Fassnacht and Nicolas Ngamaleu entered the goalscorer list. A good 80 goals were scored after the season – the best offensive.
Bern was represented in the European Cup last season and played with FC Porto (10 points), Glasgow Rangers (9) and Feyenoord Rotterdam (5) to enter the European League intermediate round. With eight points after six days of playing, however, they barely failed and flew out. Two wins, two draws and two bankruptcies were, on balance, not enough.
Sandro Lauper, Esteban Petignat, Guillaume Hoarau, Roger Assale, Linus Obexer and Meschack Elia are injured by Klaksvik.

The team from the Faroe Islands is a European football dwarf, but in their home country a big number with the win of last season’s 18th championship. Mikkjal Thomassen’s team does not even have a market value of two million euros and would be in the relegation battle in Germany in the 3rd division. Klaksvik played his last game of the season last month on 22 July and beat Argir 2-0 in his own stadium. Jonn Johannesen (3rd) and Boris Dosljak (27th) scored their home victory in the first round. The season will continue in the Faroe Islands on 13.09. Klaksvik is then guest at league taillight scale IF.
The Thomassen-Elf celebrated another championship after ten years and won the last five league games in a row. The goal ratio was 23:0. This includes the last three away games to be won – NSI Runavik (2:0), IF scale (6:0), EB/Streymur (7:0). The only foreigner to fail was B36 Torshavn (2-6) on the 12th match day in mid-July.
Last season Klaksvik tried to reach the Europa League group stage, but failed in round three of qualifying at FC Lucerne (twice 0-1). In round one, there was a 5-1 home win and 4-1 away win against Tre Fiori (San Marino). The second round was already a tighter one against Riteriai from Lithuania (0-0, 1-1), which they survived only because of the away goal.
Blocks or injuries are not known.

The Young Boys Bern are top favourites against Klaksvik in the third round of the Champions League qualification. The Swiss champion is superior to the team of the Faroe Islands in all respects and will move into the next round. The Thomassen-Elf is not competitive in Europe and now has to compete as a fierce outsider in the Swiss championship. Anything but a big win for YB would be a surprise. A success for Klaksvik is virtually impossible. The Swiss Capital Club will score at least three goals and can plan for the 3rd round in CL qualifying. For this tip forecast, we recommend betting over 2.5 goals. The sports betting tip wins if there are at least three goals in the game (in total) – no matter on which side. For this purpose, online betting providers provide betting odds in the range of 1.28 to 1.30.
