Last Friday, the Capital Club welcomed Greuther Fürth at their home Olympic Stadium and won despite being late. The Berliners are ranked ninth in the table with six points.
RB Leipzig also remained without a triple point win in the third straight league game, stopping at least the losing series of two games when they drew in Cologne. The Saxons ranked 12th with four counters and made a false start.

The Marsch-Elf has been without a win for three league games and only managed to score three points once this season. On the second day of the first home game against VfB Stuttgart, there was a clear 4-0 victory. In the second and so far last home game against Bavaria Munich, there was a 1-4 pack in the Red Bull Arena. The three defeats were in Mainz (0:1), at the VFL Wolfsburg (0:1) and against the Bavarians at home.

The Fürthers started courageously in Berlin and moved up again and again with the back team. But the old lady defended solidly and so there were hardly any possibilities worth mentioning. Two weeks later, the Bavarians scored 0-5 on their hats, before they also won their first away win in Bochum in addition to their first win of the season. The capital city residents are struggling with defensive work this season. The Hertha box has rung 12 times. Only the two clubs in the last two places in the league table were able to catch one more place each time – VFL Bochum and Greuther Fürth.
Rune Jarstein (Corona) as well as the injured actors Krzysztof Piatek, Jordan Torunarigha, Myziane Maolida, Dedryck Boyata and Lukas Klünter drop out of Leipzig.
