The Croatian coach and the Bianconeri club officially part ways after his dismissal on October 27. Now Spalletti can renew his contract

Igor Tudor and Juventus have terminated the contract that tied the Croatian coach to the club until 2027. The decision came today, more than two months after his dismissal on October 27. This will allow the former Juventus coach to consider offers from abroad, while he will have to wait until next season to take up a position on an Italian bench.

Bound by a contract until 2027 worth €3 million net per year, Tudor was still weighing on Juventus’ coffers for a little over €8 million in total. Today’s decision, with the Croatian waiving half a year’s salary, therefore allows the Bianconeri club to save €3 million, which is in talks to renew Luciano Spalletti’s contract until 2028. The other former Juve coach, Thiago Motta, remains tied to the club until 2027.
