Following the loan departures of Douglas Luiz and Nico Gonzalez, Di Gregorio, Koopmeiners, Adzic, and Cabal are now on the transfer list

In less than a year since joining Juve, Damien Comolli has almost completely overhauled Cristiano Giuntoli’s transfer market. The cuts aren’t yet complete, but the direction is clear: following the loan departures of Douglas Luiz and Nico Gonzalez—whom the club hopes to sell next summer—Di Gregorio, Koopmeiners, Adzic, and Cabal are now also on the exit list. The only “Giuntoli signing” currently certain to stay is Thuram, who arrived in the summer of 2024 more as a bargain than out of the belief that he could soon become a pillar of the team. In addition to Kalulu, who, having arrived for a low fee, risks becoming expendable should a significant offer come in.

choices—  Comolli is rejecting Giuntoli’s transfer market decisions but is also somewhat contradicting himself, considering that even last summer’s main signings are already packing their bags. David and Openda haven’t seen the field even in recent matches when a reaction was needed, so both are likely to move on, just like Zhegrova. Meanwhile, we should keep an eye on Coinceiçao, whom Giuntoli brought to Turin on loan and whom Comolli bought outright last summer: the player has also been linked with Liverpool as a potential replacement for Salah, which gives an idea of the level of offers that might come in for him. Kelly, one of the January signings during Giuntoli’s final season at Juve, has performed well so far; however, at least one more top-tier defender needs to be added to the squad. This would allow for a revamp—once again in just a few years—of the backbone of the new Juventus.
