Barça’s personnel problems at Getafe – draw is enough for both

A good reason to go for the draw is that Getafe are excellent at splitting points. The Azulones have already scored 14 times this season, most recently three in a row. There is, however, one advantage that attack-weak Getafe have ahead of their clash with FC Barcelona this weekend: The Blaugrana’s personnel situation in the defence is dramatic.
Coach Xavi is missing several defensive players. Gerard Piqué (adductor), Eric Garcia (yellow suspension and hand surgery), Jordi Alba (yellow suspension) and Sergiño Dest (muscle injury) are definitely out, and Ronald Araujo is also more than out after suffering concussion in the game against Celta Vigo. This means that Xavi is missing five regulars in the defence.
