Will Rodrigo strike again?
Brighton take on Leeds in a clash of two in-form teams. The visitors have already scored seven goals this season and have the best attack in the British top flight after Manchester City and Arsenal.
However, the home side counter this strong attacking record with the safest defence so far, having conceded just one goal in three rounds of matches!
In addition, the hosts can rely on statistics from the recent past in this pairing: Only one of the last eleven Premier League duels against United has been lost from their point of view (8-2-1).
However, for the upcoming match at the AMEX Stadium between Brighton and Leeds, the tip is for Rodrigo to score for the visitors.
Brighton – Statistics & current form
The Seagulls are unbeaten in eight league games across the season (5-3-0). Never before have they had such a long run without defeat in the Premier League.
They have also only gone eight games without defeat in the top flight once before, between October and November 1981. The ninth-placed team of the previous season is therefore in high spirits.
As mentioned above, the South Coast can rely on their defence at the moment. The home side’s backline already has two clean sheets and has conceded just one goal.
No more than two goals in the game
With this in mind, odds on no more than two goals by the final whistle at the AMEX Stadium also lend themselves to the clash between Brighton and Leeds.
Wolves’ games alone (1.3) have averaged fewer goals than Coach Graham Potter’s side (1.7).
Pascal Groß has also been unusually strong in the Albion attack. In the past six league games, he has recorded just as many goal contributions with four goals and two assists. In comparison: In the German’s 24 previous games, he only had one assist.
Predicted Brighton line-up:
Sanchez – Veltman – Dunk – Webster – Trossard – Caicedo – Mac Allister – March – Great – Lallana – Welbeck

Leeds – Statistics & current form
The mentioned strong offense of the 17th of last season can also be seen with a look at the shot conversion: 25 percent and only the league leader Arsenal and Brentford top this value.
The Spaniard Rodrigo also has the biggest share in the third-best goal yield in the British top flight so far. The 31-year-old is currently unstoppable: he has already scored four goals, which puts him at the top of the Premier League scoring charts.
The ex-player of Valencia has scored at least once for the “Peacocks” on all three match days!
Should he now be successful again for coach Jesse Marsch’s side, he would become the 14th player in Premier League history to score in the first four rounds of matches.
Such a feat by a Spanish player has only been achieved by Jose Antonio Reyes for Arsenal in the 2004/05 season and Diego Costa for Chelsea (2014/15).
Harrison always has an eye for Rodrigo
Rodrigo also has what appears to be the perfect assist man in Jack Harrison. In all three games so far this season, he has set up a goal by Rodrigo for the “Peacocks”!
Not a new pattern, as no less than half of Harrison’s successful assists in the Premier League have come from Rodrigo!
Not a defeat for the visitors?
Given the current strength of form of the visitors, on top tips on the double chance in favour of United are worth recommending for the match between Brighton and Leeds.

Brighton – Leeds Direct comparison / H2H record
Last season, the duels between Albion and United ended in a draw twice. In addition, the club from Elland Road has been waiting for its next success for eight guest games on the south coast (0-3-5) and even for its next own goal for six outings.
Against Liverpool alone, Leeds have had to wait for their next goal once in their history over seven away games between 1980 and 1993.
Brighton – Leeds Tip
For the clash between Brighton and Leeds, the prediction includes a goal by Rodrigo on the side of the visitors.
Although the hosts have the best defence in the league, the Spaniard is currently very accurate. He has already scored four goals in league action and his strong form has also been evident in preparation.
In the two final matches against Cagliari and Crystal Palace, the Iberian even scored a hat-trick against the club from the Italian Serie!
If you take those two games into account, you now have a run of five games in which Rodrigo has scored consistently.
