Hansi Flick’s team made their last Bundesliga appearance at VFL Wolfsburg and won significantly. After the early tour through Coman (4th), the Munich people let it slip a bit and were lucky at this stage that the Lower Saxons did not compensate. Even before the half-time whistle, guests nevertheless increased to 2:0 (37th, Cuisance). After the break tea we continued with an open visor on both sides. In some cases, high-calibers were verbalized. The guests were only able to put the lid on it in the final phase. The 3-0 of Lewandowski per foul meter was then the decision (72nd). In the same minute wolf-kicker Guilavogui flew off the course with yellow-red. FC Bayern then scored 4-0 in excess by Thomas Müller (79th).
The Flick-Elf took the triple with a 1-0 win in the CL final against Paris Saint Germain (59th, Coman) and looks back on a perfect season. In the top division, the Southern Germans remained unbeaten and won all eleven games. In the Bundesliga, the Munich team won 13 consecutive wins and have been unbeaten for 20 games (19 wins). With a goal ratio of 100:32 the best offensive and defensive of the league was put in place. The Bavarians have won the last six home games and have won nine draws from their last ten home appearances. Nobody was better at their own stadium last season. Robert Lewandowski also became the top goalscorer in the Bundesliga with 34 goals in the season.

The S04 ended the last season with an away game at SC Freiburg and got under the wheels. After an initial phase with shooting opportunities on both sides, the Breisgau team were able to go 1-0 in the front through Waldschmidt (20th). Despite being behind, David Wagner’s team was dominant and gave good opportunities to equalise with Caligiuri and McKennie (23, 29). The home team simply aimed better and increased the lead to a 2-0 break through Schmid’s goal (38th). In the second period it only took a few seconds for Höler to take the lead, scoring 3-0 (46th). The royal blues now withdrew and let the sports club do what was now obviously more fun to play. Waldschmidt tied a double pack to the 4-0 after just over an hour (57th) to say goodbye (moved to Lisbon). They didn’t come from the boys anymore. On the opposite side, Freiburg dropped an even higher victory.
The Wagner-Elf has lost the last three Bundesliga games and has been in the Oberhaus for 16 games without victory (10 bankruptcies). The final threesome was played at home against Borussia Mönchengladbach (2-0). Away, the S04 has been waiting for full success for eleven games (seven defeats, three draws). At Werder Bremen on the 12th day of the match, the royal blues celebrated their last away victory. With 38 goals in the season, only the relegates SC Paderborn and Fortuna Düsseldorf were safer in the offensive.
After all, S04 won three of the last four preparatory games for the new Bundesliga season. However, real challenges were not really there!
Nabil Bentaleb (special leave) as well as the injured Omar Mascarell and Salif Sane will miss the start of the season in Munich.

FC Bayern München is the all-time favourite for victory in the opening game of the season against Schalke 04. The German record champion was in great shape last season and shot everything short and small even in the Champions League. In the Bundesliga they haven’t lost for ages (20 games) and won 13 times in a row. The complete opposite was the royal blue last season with 16 games without victory. For the S04, it is now a new season of happiness. With the opening game in the Allianz Arena, the Wagner Elf scores once again at the start. Anything but a sovereign victory of the Munich people would be a big surprise. Accordingly, we recommend for this Bundesliga Tipp forecast also the 3-way bets on Bavaria Munich wins, where, however, only very low betting odds for this sports betting tip beckon.
