Utah are doomed to win!

Utah Jazz play their last home game against the Dallas Mavericks in the series. They need to win in Game 6 as the Texans currently hold a 3-2 lead.

The home side will be counting on the home bonus above all: They have only failed to win two of their past 14 home games against the Mavs.

Utah Jazz – Statistics & current form

The basketball players from Salt Lake City experienced a debacle in the last duel. With 77:102 they were clearly defeated by the Mavs. The four previous games in the 2022 NBA Playoffs were much closer, with a maximum gap of eight points.

However, especially the offensive, which was still ranked first in the corresponding rating after the regular season, did not get going recently. One example was Donovan Mitchell, normally the best shooter on the side of the basket ball hunters from the Mormon state.

“Spida” ended up with only nine points and did not sink any of his seven attempts from downtown. However, he is also hampered by an injury and his return to action for Head Coach Quin Snyder’s squad is not yet certain.

Dallas Mavericks – statistics & current form

The Texans have gained a lot of self-confidence through the high victory in the last game. As expected, the decisive positive factor was Luka Doncic. The Slovenian delivered 33 points and 13 boards.

With his return in the penultimate game, the role of the favourites in the series has shifted in favour of Head Coach Jason Kidd’s team. Especially since Jalen Brunson continues to play strong as well.

In the games without Doncic, he successfully took over the responsibility in the Dallas offence, but also since the comeback of the “Don”, the point guard is hardly slowing down in scoring: In the past two games, he always recorded at least 23 points.

Utah Jazz – Dallas Mavericks Tip

The home side had their chance in the series when Luka Doncic was missing from their opponent’s first three games due to injury. However, they already lost two of those games and the win on the Slovenian’s return to the court came very close.

The last meeting made it clear that the opponent with Doncic on board is probably too big. On top of that, the Mavs look mentally stronger and the normally very accurate Donovan Mitchell on the side of the hosts is physically injured.

In the battle between the Utah Jazz and the Dallas Mavericks in Game 6, the best bet is an away win.

The hosts won the last home game against the Mavs as mentioned, although Doncic played for the first time in the series, but the victory was a real nailbiter with a one-point lead at the final siren.

Now the Slovenian is back with more competitive experience, which should make him even stronger than in the comparison at that time. ComeOn offers odds of 1.95 on the Utah-Dallas clash for their prediction
