Clubs fined— Two clubs were sanctioned by the Sports Judge. Inter was fined €50,000 and given a specific warning for its supporters throwing various pyrotechnic materials (firecrackers and smoke bombs) onto the field during the match. in particular, in the 3rd minute of the second half, a firecracker thrown near a player from the opposing team caused him to be momentarily stunned and the match to be suspended for about three minutes; Noting that, although these are particularly serious facts, this Judge must adequately take into account, as a mitigating factor, the club’s helpful and cooperative behavior in identifying those responsible for the incident almost immediately, as well as the clear dissociation from the serious events in progress, which was also effectively demonstrated by the players on the field during and at the end of the match. A fine of €2,000 is imposed on Genoa on the basis of objective liability for having unjustifiably caused a delay of approximately one minute in the start of the match.
