There is hardly anything positive to mention in the Pistons’ game, as Detroit is not particularly strong either offensively or defensively. With 111.0 points per game, Dwane Casey’s team ranks 22nd in the league. Defensively, things are even bleaker, with the Pistons allowing an average of 117.7 points. This puts Detroit in second-to-last place in the National Basketball League. It is therefore not surprising that the team is so far down in the NBA.

Brooklyn Nets – Statistics & current form
The Nets are in fourth place in the Eastern Conference and have already picked up eighteen wins. Jacque Vaughn’s team started the season very weak, but is now one of the most in-form teams in the NBA. Brooklyn finished the pre-season in seventh place and thus had to play in the play-in tournament for the NBA playoffs. There, the team prevailed against the Cleveland Cavaliers before the Nets were eliminated against the Boston Celtics with 0:4 without a chance.
Kevin Durant
At 34 years old and with fourteen seasons in the NBA, he is one of the most experienced players in the league. The MVP of 2014 is also the Nets’ top scorer. He averaged 29.9 points per game and also contributed 6.6 rebounds and 5.4 assists.
The two-time Finals MVP is one of the strongest duos in the NBA together with Kyrie Irving. In the past ten games, he even averaged 32.0 points and is therefore in top form. A few days ago he got a rest against the Pacers.
Pros & Cons
Although Brooklyn has two incredibly good players in Irving and Durant, the offense doesn’t seem particularly dangerous, scoring just 112.6 points per game. This is primarily due to the fact that nothing comes behind the two stars for a very long time.
Defensively, the Nets rank ninth, allowing an average of just 111.1 points. Jacque Vaughn’s team has only one major weakness and that is rebounds. With 40.6 rebounds per game, the Nets are 28th in the NBA.
