Thanks to his results last year in top-tier tournaments, the Italian has increased his ATP prize money haul

Jannik Sinner will receive an extra check for $1,333,770, equivalent to approximately €1.1 million. The ATP has just announced that it has finalized the distribution of profits for the 2024 Masters 1000. A record total payment of $18.3 million for 186 players, i.e., those who earned points in the circuit’s top-tier tournaments last season. Introduced in 2022, this mechanism is part of the One Vision plan and allows athletes to share 50% of the profits generated by the Masters 1000 tournaments. The distribution is proportional to the points earned on the court by the players. The Italian, who won three 1000 tournaments last year, gets the largest share, followed by Alexander Zverev with $1.2 million, then Rublev with €700,000, Alcaraz with €600,000, and Medvedev with slightly less.

These resources are in addition to the fixed bonus pool for 2024, amounting to $20.5 million and awarded to the top 30 players in the Masters 1000 and ATP Finals. Sinner had already received $2.5 million from the bonus pool. All this, of course, is in addition to the prize money awarded at each stage of the tour. The world number two has earned $49.5 million in tournament prize money during his career.
