Spring AD back in the breach?
The Lakers will have to start against the Warriors without their top forward and best scorer in NBA history LeBron James. However, Stephen Curry, another of the league’s stars, may return to the court for the visitors after a month’s injury lay-off.

LA is ranked eleventh in the Western Conference and has to fight hard for a place in the postseason. The Pacific Division franchise would have to climb at least one more rank to at least make it to the play-in tournament.
It does not help that LeBron James is not available for the time being. The veteran is out for several weeks due to a foot injury.
Recently, however, at least Anthony Davis returned to the squad. However, his comeback did not change anything in the defeat against the Minnesota Timberwolves, although AD played very well on the offensive end with 38 points.

The Warriors have been stable recently, with only wins in five rounds of play.
A predominantly easy schedule helped, but within this series they also defeated a top team from the Western Conference, the Clippers. However, there is a catch in the series – all the victories have come on home turf.
Golden State has been much weaker away from home: head coach Steve Kerr’s team has won only seven of 30 games played this season. Only the two completely defeated teams in the West, San Antonio and Houston, beat this disastrous yield of 23.3 per cent of victories.
