Top game in the Eastern Conference!
Basketball fans can look forward to no less than nine games on the coming night on 13.01.2022 in the NBA! The highlight will be the clash between the top of the standings in the East from Chicago and the Brooklyn Nets, who in turn are in second place in the Eastern Conference.
Indiana Pacers vs Boston Celtics – January 13, 01:00am
The Pacers and Celtics already faced each other on the last day of play. That game was a real nailbiter and only ended after overtime, with Boston narrowly coming out on top. Now, however, Indiana has the home court advantage and has already successfully defeated Utah, a heavyweight from the West, on its own turf.
Domantas Sabonis is in particularly good form: The Lithuanian centre delivered a triple-double in the last game against the record champions and is currently filling the gap due to the numerous absences of the home side. For the game of the Indiana Pacers against the Boston Celtics, predictions on the home victory are therefore a good idea.
Philadelphia 76ers vs Charlotte Hornets – 13 January, 01:00am
The Sixers are currently unstoppable: Since seven games they have only won. Especially Joel Embiid is very reliable at the moment. In the last win against Houston, the centre from Cameroon scored 31 points and delivered his seventh consecutive game with at least the same number of points!
Only the two legends Wilt Chamberlain and Allen Iverson had managed more than 30 points in seven consecutive games in Philly history! With Charlotte, however, they now travel to an opponent who is also in good form. The Hornets have recently beaten the champions twice in a row and have the best offence in the NBA after Utah.
In the clash between the Philadelphia 76ers and Charlotte Hornets, however, betting tips on another 30-plus point performance by the extremely fit Joel Embiid are worth considering.
Washington Wizards vs Orlando Magic – Jan 13, 01:00am
The Wizards have to play a back-to-back as they were still challenged against Oklahoma last night. The game at home in Capital One Arena ended in a narrow 122-118 victory. Bradley Beal is currently unavailable for the hosts. Without the shooting guard, who is in the Covid 19 protocol, Kyle Kuzma in particular will now be challenged on the offensive end.
A task that the small forward handles very well: Kuzma’s average output in January is a whopping 27.4 points. In comparison: His seasonal value is only 15.3. In the comparison of the Washington Wizards with Orlando Magic, however, the betting odds on more than 216.5 points are provided with value.
The hosts’ defence has looked inefficient of late, while the offence continues to be reliable, even without Beal. A combination that has led to numerous points in the Wizards’ games in recent games. Thus, the prediction would not have been crowned with success in only one of Washington’s last six games.
Atlanta Hawks vs Miami Heat – Jan 13, 01:30am
The Hawks have been rather wing lame recently. They picked up defeats against the Clippers and Lakers on their trip to LA. The visitors from Florida were off recently due to numerous player absences and the squad is still severely depleted. However, there is some hope that Jimmy Butler, an important player, will return to the court.
In addition, Max Strus is currently performing reliably on the offensive end: The guard is in his third season in the NBA and is topping his career highs in points as well as rebounds and assists this season.
In the duel between the Atlanta Hawks and Miami Heat, tips on more than 110.5 points by the visitors appear profitable. The defensive work of the home side has been particularly weak in recent days: Judging by the fact that the selected limit has been exceeded by five of the Hawks’ past seven opponents.
New York Knicks vs Dallas Mavericks – Jan 13, 01:30am
Although the Knicks have been missing key players recently, such as Frenchmen Fournier and Noel, and franchise player Julius Randle is having a pitch-black day scoring two points, they were able to beat the Spurs on Monday night.
Now, however, the Mavs, who are clearly in good form, will be travelling to the city, where they recently defeated the eastern league leaders from Chicago and recorded their sixth win in a row. Luka Doncic in particular has been very efficient again after his long injury break: He delivered a triple-double against the Bulls.
For the game at Madison Square Garden between the New York Knicks and Dallas Mavericks, predictions of an away win are worth considering.
San Antonio Spurs vs Houston Rockets – Jan 13, 02:30am
The Spurs were beaten by the Knicks last time out, recording their third straight loss. Although Dejounte Murray is back on board, many other players are missing due to injuries and quarantine measures, which is why the poor yield in recent games is little surprise.
Houston, however, is still a beatable opponent. The Rockets are only in last place in the West and are not playing more than a transitional season in which the squad is supposed to gain experience first and foremost.
In light of this, betting on a home win with at least a six-point difference in the Texas derby between the San Antonio Spurs and Houston Rockets is worth recommending.
Utah Jazz vs Cleveland Cavaliers – Jan 13, 03:00
Utah is currently without the NBA’s best rebounder in the person of Rudy Gobert and that absence is obviously hurting head coach Quin Snyder’s team. The third-placed team in the Western Conference has lost three games in a row and the Grizzlies, who are right behind them, are breathing down their necks.
But now, after Toronto’s road trip to Indiana and Detroit, the Salt Lake City basketball team has another home game coming up. The visitors from Ohio, however, are also strong away from home, as can be seen from their win rate of around 57 percent.
For the game between the Utah Jazz and the Cleveland Cavaliers, the odds on an away win, including a positive handicap of 6.5 points for the visitors, are interesting. Given the current shaky form of the home side, there is at least no sign of a blowout for the Cavs.
Chicago Bulls vs Brooklyn Nets – 13 January, 04:00
The Bulls vs the Nets will be the top game in the NBA on 13 Jan 2022, with the hosts going into the encounter as the league leaders and the visitors second in the East. Chicago was defeated by Dallas in the penultimate game, but got back on track last night with a clear victory over Detroit.
For their part, the basketball players from the “Big Apple” suffered a defeat in Portland. The loss of James Harden played a negative role here. But now “The Beard” is back on the court and since Kyrie Irving is also playing in the away games, the Nash team has its two other top players besides Kevin Durant at hand.
Against this backdrop, predictions on an away win in the clash at the United Center between the Chicago Bulls and Brooklyn Nets are the first choice of the betting base. This is also supported by the fact that the home side are playing back-to-back and therefore have a physical disadvantage.
Sacramento Kings vs Los Angeles Lakers – 13 January, 04:00
The Kings can’t get out of the bottom of the Western Conference standings. For five matchdays, the home side have always lost. One reason is the drop in De’Aaron Fox’s performance: after three games with 30 points each, including against their upcoming opponents, it wasn’t even enough for half in the last two games.
It is obvious that the point guard is currently not at 100 percent of his performance level due to a shoulder injury. For the Californian duel at the Golden 1 Center between the Sacramento Kings and LA Lakers, tips on less than 21.5 points by Fox are therefore of interest.
