Mikel Arteta’s team sent Watford to the 2nd division in a 3-2 victory. The Gunners made a tailor-made start and took the lead with 1-0 early on in Aubameyang’s transformed foul penalty (5th). The English capital club had everything under control and the guests at the same time struggled to get out of their own half. Consequently, the home team increased to 2-0 (24th) with defenseman Tierney. The former villager Aubameyang made the preliminary decision with his double pack to 3-0 (33rd). After that, the Londoners withdrew and let it go too lazy. Watford came up with opportunities and scored a 1-3 on a foul yard before the break (43rd, Deeney). After the tea break, Watford gave Masina the chance to score a goal (50th). After that, it calmed down on the lawn. In the 62nd minute Maitland-Niles conceded the 4-1. On the other side, Welbeck narrowed the score to 2-3 (66th). Now the Hornets had licked blood and were about to be compensated by Pereyra and Welbeck (73rd, 74th). The Gunners still had a chance, but Aubameyang missed his 23rd goal of the season. With this, the goalscorer gun went to Leicester’s Jamie Vardy (23 stalls). In the second half of the season Deeney gave a good chance to score 3-3 (93rd).
The Arteta-Elf have won only two of the last five games in the Premier League (two bankruptcies) and thus lost the European League in the final stages of the season. The Gunners have not lost since nine home games (seven wins, two draws).
Arsenal marched into the final in the FA Cup without any serious problems and even beat champions and defending champions Manchester City in the semi-finals (2-0). Leeds United (1-0), Bournemouth (2-1), FC Portsmouth (2-0) and Sheffield United (2-1) were defeated. Most recently, the Gunners won the 2017 FA Cup against upcoming opponent Chelsea (2-1).
Keeper Bernd Leno as well as fielders Mesut Özil and Gabriel Martinelli are injured for Saturday’s final.

The Blues only needed one point against Wolverhampton to win the Champions League ticket. Nothing happened at Stamford Bridge for a long time. In front of newcomer Timo Werner, the duel decided in the second half with a 2-0 double by Mount (45th +1) and Giroud (45th +4). In the second period, Frank Lampard’s team skilfully lowered the clock and didn’t let anything burn. A well-deserved threesome for the London people.
The Lampard-Elf experienced ups and downs in the final weeks of the season with two wins and two defeats from the past four games in the Premier League. The blues were particularly vulnerable in away games. From the last four guest appearances there were three defeats – West Ham (2:3), Crystal Palace (3:2), Sheffield United (0:3), FC Liverpool (3:5). The offensive is the strongest part of Chelsea’s team. Outside, only Manchester City (45 goals) scored more often than the CFC (39). With 69 goals in the season, only two teams have been more dangerous to score.
Chelsea had cleared the way for the final – Nottingham Forest (2-0), Hull City (2-1), Liverpool FC (2-0), Leicester City (1-0), Manchester United (3-1). Two years ago, the Blues won the FA Cup and won the final against Manchester United (1-0).
Abdul Rahman Baba, Ethan Ampadu and Billy Gilmour are injured against Arsenal on Saturday.

Chelsea London is easily favoured in the FA Cup final against Arsenal London. Nevertheless, we expect a completely open final at Wembley Stage. On their way to the final, the Blues cleared out strong competition and were in the final stages of the Premiere League with similarly fluctuating performances as the Gunners. Both teams passed the final rehearsal and won their last league game. Due to the two strong series of attacks, we are tapping on a goal-rich final with goals on both sides. A decision in overtime or penalties is not unlikely. Nevertheless, for this tip we tend to forecast the goal bets on the market „Both teams meet? YES“. For this sports betting tip, online betting providers provide odds in the range of around 1.70.
