How will Sevilla cope with their poor start?
Sevilla FC had a good but not outstanding 2021/22 season and a lot changed in the summer. The squad lost quality in important positions, which must now be gradually rebuilt.

Valladolid – Statistics & current form
Real Valladolid and Sevilla FC have something in common, both lost their first league game of the new season. The difference here is that Valladolid were not favourites in the first game, when they faced a well-performing FC Villarreal at home. So the opening programme with the second game at a very strong home team from Sevilla does not mean well for Valladolid.
In the summer, Valladolid were able to strengthen one or two positions. Escudero and Asenjo were even two well-known names that could be transferred.
